Ceramic Glass Metal Wood Mixed Media
Iron Orca Studios

Mark Van Wickler of Iron Orca Studios is a sculptor who creates realistic impressions of nature and transforms them into functional water features and purely aesthetic walls, panels, and other unique art pieces. His work brings the soothing tranquility of nature up close and is enjoyed at numerous private residences, and in many commercial and public places throughout the Northwest, the United States, and Japan.

Mark’s preferred medium is Polystone™, a stone-like resin based material that is a sculpting medium, an adhesive, and a coloring agent. Mark developed Polystone™ which enables him to create large-scale pieces that are strong, durable, and realistic to the eye and to the touch. He works from his own designs as well as those developed from the concepts of clients, architects, and other designers.
