Forms in nature have always been my primary
inspiration. For 13 years I have translated these forms into
organic, functional furniture. I primarily use sustainably
harvested hardwoods, choosing colors and grain that best
complement the design of the piece and the room for which
it is made. I use a variety of methods to shape wood into
the curves that enliven my furniture. Some pieces are simply
carved into curves, others are steambent, taper laminated
or vacuum formed.
I work with clients to design and build custom
furnishings for homes and offices. From tables, chairs, beds
and entertainment centers to room dividers and accessories,
no project is too difficult or unusual.
