The Art Parts Project is off and running. We are pleased with the results of our initial call for artists and the number of great applications we have received. Look for a significant site upgrade to include all of the accepted artists in February 2003.

We are going to have another call for artists and a push to acquire more craftspeople sometime this spring. You may, however, apply to the Art Parts Project at any time. Site upgrades and accepted artists will be added to the site approximately every other month.

Once our initial February site upgrade and artists acquisition is complete, we are going to shift our marketing efforts to target potential "end-user" clients. These efforts will help create awareness of the Art Parts Project to home owners, home builders, architects, building designers, materials and supply companies, and any other building professionals or community members throughout the greater Whidbey Island area.

It is our goal to make The Art Parts Project a "go to" source for finding artists and craftspeople to help enhance building projects or any other kind of living space.
