Once you find a craftsperson or artisan that interests
you for a project, or if you have any questions at all, please feel
free to contact the artist directly. Each artist will have contact
information on their individual artist page, and in most cases,
you will have the option to call, e-mail or use direct mail to contact
the artist. Some of the artists will also have links to their own
web sites where you can get more information and view additional
work.
Once you contact an artist, it is perfectly appropriate
to ask a lot of questions and if you like, request to meet the artist
in person. You are encouraged to view or visit samples of their
work and find out m ore about their process and how they work.
The Art Parts Project does not participate in any
client-artist relationship agreements for work. The Art Parts Project
is simply a resource for viewing and finding artists and craftspeople.
The Art Parts Project will in no way be involved in any negotiations,
agreements, or contacts either written or verbal between clients
and artists. Although we strive to include artists and craftspeople
who are professional and have at least some applied experience,
we can in no way guarantee their individual professionalism, quality
or work, or the success of any finished projects.
Art is a wonderful way to enhance your building project
or living space. But like all professional working relationships,
remember to always ask questions and get all agreements in writing.
